Did you know that diaper need impacts the physical, mental and economic well-being of children and parents; and that one in three American families struggles to provide diapers? Or that an inadequate diaper supply leads to both health and workforce issues? 

To support efforts of providing this basic need for families, the Junta for Progressive Action is proud to host a virtual diaper drive to benefit The Diaper Bank. For more information about the importance of diapers and diaper need, please visit The Diaper Bank.  

The “virtual diaper drive” will run from Monday, September 26th through Saturday, December 31st, 2016; and online donations of any amount from $5 or more are helpful. A gift of $25 will allow the Diaper Bank to purchase an entire case of diapers. Simply click on the Donate Now tab to make your contribution.  

Every dollar raised through this drive will help bring The Diaper Bank closer to their goal of making diapers available to needy infants and toddlers in New Haven, Hartford, Fairfield and Middlesex Counties.
